At Wise Creative Centre, we believe that the teaching team is passionate about developing the English and French learning potential of your child. The staff at our centre is key to the implementation of this philosophy. The skills and competencies that all our staff must have to meet the child-care and early education needs of children have been identified. Members of the teaching team are carefully selected and trained. Remember our staff is here to create a caring and nurturing atmosphere and foster each child's creativity and positive self-image.

All our teaching staff are native English or French speakers and have exceptional interpersonal skills in interacting and teaching children. We do not discriminate against our teachers in terms of background and believe that the diversity in experience will enrich their teaching capabilities. All staff also undergo background checks at the time of employment. Once part of Wise Creative Centre, each staff member will receive ongoing training beginning with an orientation process.

Teachers are supported with ongoing training, resources and freedom to create unique learning experiences for children. We seek to provide many opportunities for staff members to share ideas and grow professionally.
